The Two-Person Harold Smackdown and Hootenanny

You have seen it with seven people. You have played it with ten. Can you and your favorite improv partner do the skills of the Harold on your own? This workshop will show you how to play Classic Harold structure with only two people. Connection, Characters and truth for two. A great tool to also reincorporate into your full Harold ensemble! Three hours of non-stop smackdown two-person Harold and hootenanny.

Pre-requisites: Intermediate students full of joy and play are highly welcomed to attend (you should have previously studied “The Harold”).
Cost: $50 (note: Duofest performers get 10% off one workshop and 20% off two or more workshops, refunded back after payment is received).

SHAUN LANDRY
Shaun Landry is a Second City Chicago Touring Company Alumnus and iO West ensemble player, playing with the two person improv ensemble The Irish Mutts. Shaun is founder and Emeritus Producer of the San Francisco Improv Festival. She has been featured as Gwenn Craig in the Academy Award Winning Movie Milk and as Marcia in the movie Read You Like A Book with Danny Glover. She has taught drama therapy and improvisational theater to at-risk youth with Geese Theater Company and her writings can be found on The Redroom (Where the Writers Are).
